2. Select your Destination, Check-in and Check-out dates, Number of guests, and add the

**If you would like a room category that is not listed, we can definitely help with that! Just choose a room category on the reservation request form, and put your preferred room category under "Special Requests".

Rates are also lower for those who just want a room for themselves.

Promo code rates are valid through August 15, 2023. Rooms are not guaranteed to be held, so if you have a preferred room category, book sooner than later.

Booking Terms and Conditions

Deposits to secure your room are only $1. If booking directly on the resort website, the "Flexible rate with Transfer" is the only rate that will work with the promo code. DO NOT book the non-refundable rate, or any flights, the promo code rate does not work for these types of bookings.

The promo code rate will expire by August 15, 2023. No space is being held, so book your room early to guarantee your preferred dates and room category.

The card used for your $1 deposit will automatically be charged to your reservation 30 days prior to check-in if you have not already paid in full. Please be sure to use a credit card to avoid any issues with the final payment.

Cancelations

Cancelations on your room can be made up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Cancelations within 24 hours of arrival are non-refundable. No refunds will apply to any No-Shows or Early Departures. It is important to consider travel insurance to protect you from any unforeseen Early Departures or No-Shows.

Travel Insurance

Travel Insurance is highly recommended and can be purchased separately either through Rachel or another travel insurance provider.

Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) is the airport to fly into.

Flights are your responsibility, though Rachel will be happy to assist in finding the best schedule for you at the time of booking.

What do I need to get to the Dominican Republic?

For the latest travel requirements to the Dominican Republic, please visit this site. Here, you can find the e-ticket immigration form, and updated travel requirements. At this time, there is not a COVID-19 testing requirement to return to the United States.
